I think I am a pretty good sleuth on the Internet. I nose around until I find interesting or useful info. I found a website published by the McAlexanders. A pretty cool layout on their site is for the Smith Farms development on the bypass. A neat plan is here:

The plan has a 170,000 square foot anchor store on the property. I saw a sign offering land for sale by CB Richard Ellis, a heavy hitter of a developer.
